The program is structured to blend theory with practical application, ensuring participants gain comprehensive insights, tasters and hands-on experience in their chosen field. Day 1 introduces the fundamentals of finance, accounting, and financial statements, followed by simulated finance experiences. Participants analyze real financial statements and develop financial tasks in groups, with guidance from industry professionals.
Day 2 covers banking, investment, financial markets, and risk management, culminating in a discussion on fintech and its impact on the industry. The program ends with a session on career counseling in finance, offering insights into various career paths and educational avenues.
